Breakfast. Departure for Pamukkale. Along the way, we'll pass through the Konya Plain and visit a caravanserai: ancient buildings along trade routes that served as shelter, rest, and food for travelers and their animals. We'll have lunch at a local restaurant and continue on to Pamukkale. A place where the high concentration of limestone water has created one of the most spectacular formations in the world. Arrival, dinner, and overnight stay at the hotel. If time permits, you'll have free time at the hotel to enjoy the hot springs.

Breakfast. Departure for Hierapolis, an ancient Hellenistic city now in ruins. We will visit the famous Cotton Castle, a natural wonder of gigantic white waterfalls, stalactites, and natural pools formed over the centuries by the passage of water laden with limestone salts from hot springs. We will transfer by bus to Selçuk, the center of Ephesus. This ancient city is one of the best preserved in Asia Minor. During the 1st and 2nd centuries, it had a population of 250,000 and monopolized the wealth of the Middle East. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant. We will then visit the Temple of Hadrian, the Roman Baths, the Library, the Odeon, the Theater, and more. We will visit the house of the Virgin Mary, where she is believed to have lived and died. Finally, we will visit a leather workshop where we can see the famous leather fabrics of the Aegean region. Transfer by bus to Izmir. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Breakfast. Free day with the possibility of taking an optional full-day excursion to see the Jewels of Constantinople (including lunch). You'll begin with a visit to the ancient Hippodrome, dating back to the Byzantine era, which was the center of the country's civil activity. It was not only the venue for horse races and gladiator fights, but also for celebrations in honor of the emperor. Today, the Obelisk of Theodosius, the Serpentine Column, and the Emperor William Fountain are preserved. We'll continue with a visit to the Blue Mosque, which was built in 1609 during the Sultanate of Ahmet. His intention was to surpass the Hagia Sophia with his mosque, so he built it with six minarets. Next, we'll go to Topkapi Palace, the residence of the sultans until the 19th century. Most of the Ottoman sultans' valuables are housed here. We'll also visit Hagia Sophia, the finest example of Byzantine art and one of humanity's greatest achievements. We'll conclude the day by heading to the Grand Bazaar. Built in 1660, this covered bazaar can be considered a small city covered by hundreds of domes. It houses four thousand shops, with narrow streets, squares, and eighteen entrances. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
-
Breakfast. We will depart in the morning to visit the Ottoman-style Rustem Pasha Mosque. We will then take part in one of Istanbul's most famous activities: a boat ride along the Bosphorus. This canal separates Europe and Asia. During the trip, you can admire the Sultans' palaces and typical old wooden houses. We will conclude our day with one of the most popular visits: the Spice Bazaar or Egyptian Bazaar, established by the Ottomans five centuries ago and used ever since. We will enjoy free time. Return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
